We are Alexis Band—a company and musical ensemble providing our clients with everything needed to make any special occasion truly memorable. Starting with our roster of extraordinary singers, musicians, DJ’s, classical music ensembles, back up dancers and MC’s, and ending with our stunning arsenal of lighting and sound equipment, Alexis Band has firmly established itself as a leader in live entertainment in the last 14 years. Founded in 1999 in New York City, Alexis Band since has built a reputation of excellence and professionalism not only in the U.S., but abroad as well, performing in Canada, Mexico, Germany, Spain, Monaco, and Russia.
Over the years we have had the honor of performing with legendary artists including "Earth, Wind and Fire", "Ricchi e Poveri", "Gypsy Kings", "Boyz ll Men", Christina Arbakaite, Phillip Kirkorov, Valery Leontyev, Avraam Russo, Igor Nikolaev, Leonid Agutin and Angelika Varum, Lolita, Irina Allegrova, Soso Pavliashvili, Glyuk’oza, "Discoteka Avariya", Boris Moiseev, Alsu, Natasha Koroleva, Tarzan, Sergey Shnurov/"Leningrad' and Igor Krutoy among others.
The Alexis Band roster is truly an international one. Our repertoire encompasses many nationalities and genres of music including America, Spanish, Russian, Italian, French, Jewish and Polish music, allowing us to please even the most demanding of guests. Much like our diverse musical repertoire, our seasoned and professional MCs can conduct events in Russian, Hebrew, Polish, Spanish, and of course, English.
At Alexis Band we firmly believe that personality and professionalism are what make our clients’ occasion’s unforgettable. Following this credo, we do not employ freelance musicians—the artists you choose are the ones that will be on stage the night of your event!
No two celebrations are ever the same—we work very closely with our clients to refine and tailor our services especially for each occasion, including procession and musical repertoire.
Over the years we have learned a lot about our clients and more importantly ourselves, truly becoming a close-knit family—we know what will work best together on stage, from combinations of instruments to vocal ranges and lighting equipment. Meet The Band
The people that make up the Alexis Band roster are all professional musicians and singers with formal musical education and certification. With many years of experience performing at different types of venues and for a wide variety of audiences, the musicians of Alexis Band not only have what it takes to meet the highest client expectations, but the ability and wisdom to adapt to any situation without a hitch.
For a musician, the demands of the wedding market are very different from those of a restaurant or night-club, or even the big stage. That being said, it is very important to have a permanent cast of musicians and singers who know and love what they do. With Alexis Band, that is just the case-- you won’t see anyone performing at your event that you did not personally request.
